- The initial check is usually written for visible damage only. It is our job to disassemble your vehicle and contact the paying insurance company to create a second appraisal for any hidden damage.
What is Deductible and who do I pay it to?- It is the customer's portion to be paid on completion of repairs to the repair facility.
- If my vehicle has frame damage, will it ever be right again?
- With Before-And-After computerized print-outs, we can assure you that your frame will be returned to factory specifications.
- When can I wash my vehicle with fresh paint?
- With our Bake Oven spray booth, the fresh paint is completely cured when you pick up. This means, you can wash and wax your car when ever needed.
